MDBill – Delivery Policy

MDBill is a product of AcerHealth Inc. MDBill provides a digital payment and billing platform for healthcare-related transactions. MDBill does not ship physical goods.
1. Digital Delivery
MDBill is a digital service. When you submit a payment or complete a transaction through MDBill, delivery is provided electronically in one or more of the following ways:
- On-screen payment confirmation immediately after successful processing
- Electronic receipt or confirmation sent by email and/or SMS when available and when contact information is provided
- Transaction history and status available within the MDBill experience (when applicable)
2. When Delivery Occurs
Most transactions are confirmed within seconds. In some cases, confirmation may be delayed due to:
- Bank or card network processing delays
- Fraud screening or additional verification
- Temporary system outages or maintenance
- Incorrect email/phone details provided by the user
3. Failed or Pending Transactions
If a transaction is declined, reversed, or remains pending, MDBill may not provide a completed receipt because the payment was not fully processed. If you believe a payment was submitted but you did not receive confirmation, contact us using the details below and include any reference number shown on-screen.
4. No Physical Shipping
MDBill does not deliver physical products and does not provide shipping services. Any documentation provided is electronic only.
